Searching Concourse for Syllabi

With Concourse, syllabi can be searched for by keywords, course titles, subject, prefix, course number, campus, school, department, instructor, session or term. This can also assist educators should they need to provide access or produce a report for program-level accreditation.

All personnel who are not faculty with an assigned course, will access Concourse through the link on OAPA’s homepage searching for Concourse syllabi. Faculty may also search at anytime by going to Concourse Syllabi Management System

Syllabus file naming tips

  • No need for specific naming convention: This is no longer needed since Concourse leverages data from PeopleSoft that allows us to look up syllabi with other attributes.
  • Add the course ID or course name with semester and year to the file. Ex: ACCT-201-02-4255_syllabus or Intro to Accounting Summer 2025.
  • No special characters.
  • Keep it straightforward for naming files.

Concourse is available to UofL students, faculty, and staff. Syllabus requests from alumni, community members, and other external users are handled by the Office of the Registrar. For system or functionality questions, please contact the OAPA Faculty and Staff Resources website.
