Welcome to the Office of Undergraduate Advising
We are excited to meet you! Our academic advisors are here to help you make educational plans, explore options, get involved, develop community, and find the resources you need for success. You are the expert on you! And we want to get to know you, so that we can support you in the exact ways you need.
We hope that you'll come see your advisor early and often. If you have questions or concerns, please come ask us! Or maybe you just want to brag about how well your semester is going—we love to celebrate with you, too!
We strongly recommend you meet with your advisor at least once a semester. Some academic units and majors require you to have an advising appointment before you can register for the next semester. Even if it's not required for you, please come see us. We're all advisors because we love our students, and we want to know how you are doing!
How to Register for Classes
Add, drop, search and plan for classes
- Use Keyword search or Subject search to find your classes
- Use filters and Advanced Search to help narrow down your options
- Pick the specific class section you want and select “Add to Cart”
- When you've added all the classes, click on “Primary Cart”
- Click on “Submit Schedule," then click “Submit Registration”
- If the courses show up in your cart with green check marks, you're registered!
- Use Keyword search or Subject search to find your classes
- Use filters and Advanced Search to help narrow down your options
- Pick the general class, any class section, and select “Add to Plan”
- When you’ve added all the classes, click on “Schedule Builder” and “Plan Tools”
- Click on “Schedule My Plan” and select every class in your plan
- Click on “Generate Schedules” and all possible schedules will appear, organized by days of the week with classes
- Find your perfect schedule and click “Accept New Cart”
- Click on “Submit Schedule,” then click “Submit Registration”
- If the courses show up in your cart with green check marks, you’re registered!
Registration and Drop/Add Dates - Spring 2027
SPRING 2027 — Registration and Drop/Add for Continuing Students, Returning Students, and Transfer Students — All continuing students are expected to register during this alphabetic rotation period.
The rotation below is for continuing students enrolled in Fall 2026 and returning students not currently enrolled (excluding students who previously attended in “visiting” status).
THIS ROTATION SCHEDULE LISTS YOUR FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO REGISTER, WHICH HAS BEEN DETERMINED BASED ON YOUR CLASSIFICATION (NOT INCLUDING FALL 2026 COURSES), AND AN ALPHABETIC BREAKDOWN BASED ON YOUR LAST NAME. YOU MAY REGISTER AND DROP/ADD ANYTIME AFTER YOUR FIRST OPPORTUNITY ARRIVES. REFER TO THE LISTING OF HOURS OF OPERATION FOR WEB REGISTRATION.
Transfer students who have completed Orientation and have been advised are allowed to register during this registration period.

Students are expected to review student account charges on ULink under the ‘Financial Account’ tile, ‘Account Balance’. Financial settlement is due by 1/12/27. |
