When students require special consideration or exceptions to standard academic processes, they may submit a petition.  All petitions will be reviewed by the Appeals Committee, which is composed of your school's faculty members. Students will be notified of a decision via email after submitting their first petition. For an appeal of a previous decision, students should expect a longer wait for notification.

Explore your options and apply to change your major, add a major or minor or declare your major.
Metroversity Registration
Take a class at another Kentuckiana University or college.
Petition to Repeat (Undergraduates)
Request permission to register for a course you have previously repeated. (Please review the repeat policy available in the Undergraduate Catalog before completing this form.)
Request to Re-Enroll
This form is for students who were not enrolled in the most recent Fall or Spring semester who wish to continue in the same academic unit in which they were last enrolled.
Independent Study Form
Application for enrollment in an independent study/research
