Does REACH offer tutoring for my course?

REACH provides tutoring for a variety of 100, 200 and some 300 level courses. To see if we offer tutoring for your course use the table below. Courses are listed alphabetically. You can also utilize the search feature to search for your class. To best use the search feature search by course abbreviation and number. For example, to search for Biology 102 section 2, you could search for BIOL 102-02.

For scheduled appointments we need at least 24 hours lead time. Some appointments will take longer to get scheduled.

Learning Resource Center (LRC)

Locations: BAB 250 and Ekstrom Library

The LRC operates by appointment only. To schedule a session, complete the LRC Request Form below.

  • List multiple times and days you're available — this helps us match you with a tutor faster.
  • Requests take 24–48 hours to process. Please submit your request early to avoid delays.

Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) - Various Locations

Visit the link below and sign in with your UofL username and password. You'll need UL2FCTR (Duo) as secondary authentication when signing in. On your first visit of the academic year, you may be asked to confirm or complete your TracCloud bio.

Finding a drop-in time:

  1. On the TracCloud dashboard, use the appointment search module(s) to find drop-in times.
  2. Select your course and click "Search."
  3. Tip: To narrow your results to drop-ins only, click the breadcrumb button [...] in the top-right corner of your results.

Drop-in times appear in your search results as a light blue box, labeled "drop-in." From this screen, you can see the course you selected, along with the time and location.

Getting a reminder for a drop-in:

You can't book a drop-in time in advance, but you can request a text message reminder:

  1. Select the tile showing the time you want a reminder for.
  2. Click "Sign up for an SMS Reminder..."
  3. Verify the reminder details are correct (update the phone number and/or reminder time as needed).
