RBAA Scholarships
The Red Barn Alumni Association (RBAA) was founded in 1985 to preserve the legacy of the George J. Howe Red Barn and to support University of Louisville students through scholarships, emergency assistance, leadership development, and student programming. Since its founding, RBAA-supported endowments and gift funds have awarded more than 1,500 scholarships and over $400,000 in student aid and support.
RBAA Scholarships (Distributed Semesterly)
- Florence M. Strickler Scholarship - This scholarship supports undergraduate students involved in campus life and student activities while honoring the legacy of Florence M. Strickler and the Red Barn community.
- Dennis C. Golden Torchbearer Scholarship - Named in honor of former Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. Dennis C. Golden, this scholarship supports student leaders and involved Cardinals.
- The Bridgette Pregliasco Torchbearer Scholarship - Part of the Torchbearer Endowment, this scholarship supports outstanding returning adult students and honors former Assistant Vice President for Student Life Bridgette Pregliasco
