Students participating in December 2024 Commencement who did not order their cap & gown by the October 25 deadline may submit a request for late apparel utilizing the form below. Please only submit one form. Late apparel will be available from the extras available at the late apparel sales event. The apparel representative will be supplied with the list of names from the commencement staff and the apparel will be pre-filled, when possible, in the order requests are received.  Sale of late apparel will be available on the following dates and times only. Late apparel will be sold on Thursday, December 12 from noon -6:00 p.m. and Friday, December 13, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Red Barn. There is no guarantee that apparel will be available for every request, size, or degree tassel color. However, we will do our best to fit you with regalia as close to the requested size and degree as possible. Late apparel will be sold as units only (cap-gown-tassel and hood if applicable). Payment will be made by debit or credit card at the time of purchase at the event. Individual caps, gowns, and hoods will NOT be sold. Do not complete this form if you will only be purchasing a stole, zipper pull, or honor cord.
