Getting Started Checklist

A brief step-by-step explanation of how to connect with the DRC. If you are new to the DRC, start here.

Documentation Guidelines
Guidelines about what information is needed by the DRC to determine eligibility for services
Intake Form
New students connecting with the DRC for the first time complete the intake form to submit documentation and share some initial information about their needs.
Housing Accommodations
Students may request disability-related accommodations in University Housing and find related procedures here.
Service Request Form
Students who have been working with the Disability Resource Center should complete their Service Request Form as soon as possible after registering for their classes each semester.
Psychological Testing
If you think you may have ADHD, a learning disability, Autism, etc., learn about options for getting an assessment.
Support with Temporary Medical Conditions
Information about the support available to students with temporary medical conditions, such as injuries, surgeries, etc.
Pregnancy Accommodations
The Dean of Students Office can provide support to students who need accommodations due to pregnancy, childbirth, or other related conditions in accordance with Title IX and the UofL Pregnancy Policy.

Cardinal Success Coach Program

Interested in additional support with time management, organization, etc.? Consider applying to the DRC's Cardinal Success Coach Program! Participating students meet regularly with another UofL student to help them stay organized, access resources, and more.
