The Eight Dimensions of Wellness:

These dimensions are interdependent and will positively and negatively impact one another dependent on level of wellbeing in each dimension. Click on each of the tabs below to learn more about each dimension and ways to support wellness in each area.
Creating personal satisfaction and enrichment from one’s work
- Increase learning and development
- Participate in work aligned with values and goals
- Take on tasks associated with interests when possible

Recognizing the need for physical activity, nutrition, and sleep. Care for your body.
- Move your body regularly

- Eat regularly! Do not skip meals! Hangry is real.
