Facility Reservations

Facility reservations at the SRC are limited to the following approved groups:

• Campus Rec Sport Clubs
• Registered Student Organizations (RSOs)
• University Departments
• University-sponsored programs or initiatives

Please note: Individual students and informal groups are not eligible to reserve facility spaces.

Are you an external group looking to rent out space in the facility? Please reach out to Danielle Lavender Danielle.lavender@louisville.edu

72-Hour Notice Required

• All reservation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.

Requests submitted within 72 hours or outside of facility hours will be denied.

Reservation End Time

• All events must end 30 minutes prior to facility closing time.

This form is for one-time reservations only.

Individual requests are not accepted through this form.

Reservation spaces are provided “as is”

If you need extra equipment, be sure to include specific details in your reservation notes.
