Information for the Health Professions/Institutional loans for the E-Sign process for your Promissory Note

  1. Have your U.S. Department of Education FSA ID for authentication purposes. This is the same FSA ID used to sign the FASFA form and the Direct Loan on the web. If you have lost your FSA ID or need to apply for a new one, you can apply for a FSA ID online.
  2. Complete your Entrance Interview and Master Promissory Note.
